New additions part of a process in Baltimore.
A look at what the teams in the AFC North Division have been up to since the outset of free agency and leading into the NFL Draft:

BALTIMORE RAVENS: As it turns out, the Ravens were serious regarding their stated intention to look under all stones in an effort to upgrade the wide receiver position.
Now that they’ve added Michael Crabtree (Oakland) and John Brown (Arizona), the next step will be getting the new pass-catchers up to speed with quarterback Joe Flacco.
“Look at the great passing games, it’s because they’re precise,” head coach John Harbaugh told espn.com at the NFL Annual Meeting in Orlando, Fla. “You can go back to Raymond Berry and Johnny (Unitas) in Baltimore. I mean, how hard did they work at it? Before practice, after practice, in the offseason; we’ve heard all those stories.
“That’s what it takes. For Joe to have those guys and get with those guys and get great, that’s what we expect.”
The Ravens reached a reported one-year agreement with quarterback Robert Griffin III this week to back up Flacco. Josh Woodrum, who spent last season on the practice squad and has never thrown a pass in a regular-season game, had been the only other quarterback on the roster.
