Now that they’ve added Michael Crabtree (Oakland) and John Brown (Arizona), the next step will be getting the new pass-catchers up to speed with quarterback Joe Flacco.

We can’t do that.” The trade with Buffalo that brought left tackle Cordy Glenn to Cincinnati didn’t answer all of the Bengals’ questions along the offensive line.
Cincinnati retained tight end Tyler Eifert, reportedly on a one-year deal, prior to the outset of free agency.
“It’s going to be because of the new mindset of the players that are returning to this team.” The Browns had signed in free agency or traded for 12 players by the end of March, including quarterbacks Tyrod Taylor (Buffalo) and Drew Stanton (Arizona) and three defensive backs (cornerbacks Terrance Mitchell of Kansas City and E.J.

BALTIMORE RAVENS: As it turns out, the Ravens were serious regarding their stated intention to look under all stones in an effort to upgrade the wide receiver position.

“That’s what it takes. For Joe to have those guys and get with those guys and get great, that’s what we expect.”

The Ravens reached a reported one-year agreement with quarterback Robert Griffin III this week to back up Flacco. Josh Woodrum, who spent last season on the practice squad and has never thrown a pass in a regular-season game, had been the only other quarterback on the roster.
